As a current member of eye lounge, I am honored to be a part of this historic group of artists making work in Phoenix and supporting the growing cultural community on Roosevelt Row. I am thankful for the opportunity eye lounge has provided me to further develop my work and to share it with a wider audience. Working as part of this collective to present quality exhibitions with professionalism while maintaining the standards past members have set has been an enriching experience and is invaluable to my journey as a professional contemporary artist.

eye lounge was excited to partner with Vision Gallery to present “Self-Made: 15 Years of eye lounge,” a retrospective of works produced by past and present members of the downtown Phoenix artist collective. The exhibition featured a variety of boundary-pushing works from over sixty artists. I worked on the Exhibition Committee along with Cherie Buck-Hutchison, Christina You-sun Park and Mimi Jardine. We are proud to be a part of this legacy and created an on-line catalogue to commemorate the event and highlight this diverse group of professional artists.
